As in TeamUR the Second chassis is partially made of PCB and brass plates.  The battery is in back making the front lighter.

All the elements are prepared.  From TeamUR the Second we are going to use the circuit but without two 754410 H-bridge IC.  The servos can be controlled directly from PIC!  This is the real beauty: it will use only two pins!
Finally doesn't look very different from the Second.  It is definitely lighter and lower.
The servos are installed on the front of the robot.
